This annual survey analyzes resident feedback and satisfaction from public ratings, online reviews, and surveys to generate unbiased scores, regardless of whether the property has 40 apartments or 4,000. Utilizing their software, Opiniion creates a list of best-in-class nationwide winners over key resident events including move-in, move-out, maintenance, tours, and general feedback.
